He founded Lassiter Management Partners on the principles of trust and integrity, with a mission to serve as a trusted executive partner to firm leaders navigating complex financial, operational, and organizational challenges.
Jon has guided firms through critical transitions, including mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and organizational realignment. His experience includes helping firm leaders navigate complex capital considerations, optimize firm and partner structures, refine compensation models, and strengthen financial oversight. These efforts have resulted in improved profitability, clearer decision making, and more resilient organizational foundations.
In addition to financial and operational leadership, Jon has helped firms leverage technology to support execution and insights. By aligning technology initiatives with firm objectives, he enabled improved productivity, enhanced reporting, and reduced friction across operations.
